Banff Springs Hotel Wedding | Cecilia + Dan

Cecilia + Dan made drove all the way from Portland for their beautiful Banff Springs hotel wedding. It was a sunny July day surrounded by friends and family from across the US, Canada, and New Zealand. Cecilia + Dan were married on the terrace overlooking the beautiful Banff mountain vistas. After the ceremony, we popped out with just the two of them to shoot in some extra special locations around Banff. 

Something that I love about a Banff Springs Hotel wedding is that Banff makes for such a gorgeous destination wedding spot for people coming from all over the world. And one of our favourite things is showing off the calming and awe inspiring mountains that are just outside our backyard. There is just a special energy here, where all the stress and worries of the city melt away and you’re left with a calm presence that permeates every part of you.

We love sharing our favorite places to hike, grab a coffee or a beer, or simply explore the area. There are so many hidden gems in Banff as well as the quieter towns nearby when you want to escape the tourists! 

The evening was a gorgeous party and epic dance floor with music provided by the unparalleled Pez Productions. Florals provided by Willow Flower, and wedding planning by none other than Lynn Fletcher Weddings (LFW).

From mountain vistas, to the sweetest father of the bride, to an epic dance floor,  this is Cecilia + Dan’s wedding.
